Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern enrolment in and use of the Modular Audit Engine platform, operated by Auditor Training — ISO International Services.

Effective date: 31 May 2026

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Modular Audit Engine platform, websites, course catalogue, learning management system, simulations, and related services (together, the "Platform"), operated by Auditor Training — ISO International Services ("Auditor Training", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, enrolling in a programme, submitting an order, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to that organisation.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. Certification programmes require identity verification; you agree that the government identification you supply is accurate and that it may be recorded against your Student ID and printed on issued credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Enrolment, payment, and access

Programme fees are displayed at the point of enrolment in the stated currency and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. We offer two payment methods:

  • Pay now — secure card checkout processed by our payment provider. Course access is granted immediately upon verified payment.
  • Request invoice — we issue an invoice to your organisation. Course access opens once the invoice is settled in full and the enrolment is activated by an administrator.

Until payment is verified (or an invoice is settled), an enrolment is held in a pending state and no course access is provided.

4. Refund policy — all sales final once access is granted

Programme fees are strictly non-refundable once course access has been granted.

Because enrolment immediately unlocks the full simulation environment, learning content, AI-led tutoring, evidence rooms, and assessments, the service is treated as supplied in full at the moment your seat is activated. Accordingly:

  • No refund, credit, or transfer will be issued after course access has been granted, whether or not you have logged in, viewed any content, completed any module, or sat any assessment.
  • By completing checkout you expressly acknowledge this policy, request that access be made available immediately, and waive any cooling-off or cancellation right that would otherwise apply once access begins, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • Before access is granted — for example, while an invoice is still outstanding or a payment has not yet been verified — you may contact us to cancel or amend your enrolment, and we will assist where we reasonably can.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Where such rights apply and cannot lawfully be waived, our liability is limited as set out in those laws. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact info@auditortraining.com.

5. Licence and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform and its content for your own professional training. You may not:

  • share, resell, sublicense, or provide account access to any other person;
  • copy, record, scrape, or redistribute course materials, simulations, or assessments;
  • reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to circumvent access controls or security; or
  • use the Platform to develop a competing product or for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

All content, software, course materials, simulations, branding, and marks on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Auditor Training and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence granted above, no rights are transferred to you. Credentials issued upon successful completion remain subject to verification and may be revoked in cases of fraud or breach of these Terms.

7. Training, simulation, and certification disclaimer

The Platform provides simulated training environments designed to develop auditor competence aligned to Annex SL and ISO 19011 criteria. Programmes and credentials support recognition pathways (including IAF MLA, CQI/IRCA, and Exemplar Global), but completion does not by itself confer accreditation, employment, or any specific regulatory outcome. Simulated scenarios are illustrative and do not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform will not exceed the fees you paid for the programme giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Platform in a way that risks harm to us or other users. Termination does not entitle you to any refund where access has already been granted (see section 4).

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Auditor Training's principal place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions about these Terms should be directed to info@auditortraining.com.
